Dr Oz was on Oprah and listed the supplements we should all take to stay healthy, but he didn’t mention HGH.

Listen, I have experimented and heard about this crap. This is so bad for you. It will most likely cause other problems. You don’t want to risk it. Your body is confused about these “artificial” hormones. It doesn’t know how to handle it. In other words it is incompatible. Try using organic supplements. They work much better and don’t give out a lot of problems. They mesh to the body easier.

I’m thinking because true HGH is developed in a lab and is exactly like the HGH your pituitary gland produces and it requires a prescription.
One of my sons takes HGH, it is taken by injection, you cannot take it orally because the acids in your stomach affects it. If you are not in need of it, or take to much of it, it does have its side effects. The dosage is based off of your weight, and depending on the individual would depend on if you took daily injections, every other day, once a week, etc. My son takes daily injections because he has an underdeveloped pituitary gland, so it is not producing HGH as it should.
If you are interested in HGH then you need to speak to an endocrinologist, they specialize in this area.
