Question by CraZeD: What supplements would be good for gaining muscle?
I don’t really understand all the different types of supplements so I figure here is a good place to start.

Are any of the following really beneficial to building muscle?

HGH – Growth Hormone
ZMA
Amino Acids And BCAAs
Natural Testosterone Boosters

None. Don’t waste your money. Just have good eating habits, with enough protein, but not too much. You can also get a regular multiple vitamin, but don’t go overboard. Also, one common mistake in working out is not changing the workout routine. Do this every 4-6 weeks and you will get better results.

    Don’t waste money on anything except maybe Protein shake… Most important thing is eating enough and any supps wont help if you don’t do that!
